WINTER RENTAL - Available for 6 to 7 months, November 9th 2025 through May 14th 2026. Exact dates of lease can be flexible within that window, and only within that window. House is used by owner and short-term rented through November 8th. Four Pines Family Cabin is your cozy mountain retreat located between Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake. Less than a 10 min walk to Lake Granby and 10 min drive to Grand Lake Village. Newly updated and stylishly decorated 2 bed, 1 bath cabin. Fully furnished and equipped. Perfect for remote work or winter fun. Features include a gas "wood burning" stove, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi, and deck with mountain and distant lake views. There is no washer and dryer in the house. Laundry mat is a 10-min drive. The main bedroom contains a King size bed, and there is a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. A Queen size pull-out sofa is in the main living area. 2 uncovered parking spaces in the front. Access to small garage to store ski gear, snowshoes, ice fishing gear and more. Off main road, so easy access in the winter. We are firm on good credit and no smoking! Pets will be considered, but are not prefered. TOURS - This house is used as a short-term rental, so tours are only availability when the owners are at the property (August 8-10, September 4-7, and October 14-17), and must be scheduled in advance. Please do not show up at the home to self-tour. Rent includes electric, gas, sewer, and internet. Water is on a well, so no expense. We also pay for street snowplowing. Shoveling the parking area and deck is the responsibility of the tenant. Trash is not included. You can dispose of trash at local drop-off site for a fee of around $8 per bag. We do expect renters to regularly shovel snow off deck and rake snow from roof. We also have a contractor who can do this at the tenant's expense. He charges around $40.
