Hello! We are looking for someone to share this beautiful space out in Shadow Hills surrounded by open land and a lot of horses. Everyone who comes to the property is in awe of the beauty. You will have your own bedroom with wide windows and views and your own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It is at the very top of the hill so you have to be comfortable driving up a somewhat windy road to get to it. You will be living with one working professional who operates her business out of part of the top floor of the house. The downstairs is a very quiet living space as she doesn't spend much time down there. One very sweet big dog and one cat share the space. This is a very animal loving and animal friendly household. Her coworker also uses part of the upstairs as they work out of this studio together but he will not use the personal areas of the house. There is a pool on the property and there are outdoor enclosures for animals should you have any. A chicken coop and multiple fenced pens. We are very friendly and open but also very happy to give you your space if that is the preference. No expectations :) Monthly cost is rate plus utilities. Lease duration is negotiable. No cigarette smoking inside. There is plenty of parking on the property, the house is at the very top of the hill with a lot of open land and 360 views.
