The apartment is 2 beds that have their own attached full bathrooms (2 bathrooms). The apartment is pet friendly so, cats and dogs welcome! The living room is vinyl floors and the bedrooms have carpet. The apartment has stacked washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher and a brand new refrigerator. The apartment has a secure entrance. There is parking on the street and the lot in the back of the apartment can be used with a parking pass. We are willing to pass along our 4 parking passes with the apartment. We are also located close to campus and near several close bus stops. Maintenance gets back to requests in the same day or the next which has been nice. Lastly, rent can be paid online! I am looking for a sublet for the beginning or end of January to July.
