If your elderly parents live with you, they can walk over for activities just for them. - Sunnyvale was voted #1 Safest City in America for 2021 and previous years too. - Walking distance to CVS, Dollar Tree, schools, banks and restaurants. - Close to highway 85 and 280 and 101. - Located in the heart of Sunnyvale, close to high tech and medical facilities: Apple spaceships, LinkedIn, Kaiser Santa Clara, El Camino Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation. - There are no neighbors behind you or across from you. You have orchard trees and a well-maintained park as your daily scenery. - There is plenty of street parking and a convenient parking lot across street for when you have guests come over. Kids often play roller hockey or ride their bikes in the parking lot. SCHOOLS Sunnyvale School District: Ellis Elementary, Sunnyvale Middle and Fremont High School. My top favorite things about this home and neighborhood: 1. Everything is within a 5 minute drive banks, library, Farmer's Market, Sunnyvale downtown, Cupertino Village, 99 Ranch, etc. LinkedIn and both Apple spaceships are only 2 miles away. 2. This location is beautiful. It is across the street from the beautiful community center and orchard park. I have included pictures. These pictures were taken by myself just a few days ago. Gorgeous! I love the sound of the fountains. I go for daily walks and enjoy the beautiful flowers and landscaping at the community center. 3. You can take classes at the community center - sports, dance, art, music. Check out list of classes and activities offered. 4. Some of my favorite restaurants within walking distance: Sushi - Katana Sushi & Sake Tea Happy Lemon, Tastea Falafel Stop Don Don Ramen Bonchon Chicken Pho #1 Dollar Tree - not a restaurant but we walk here quite often for daily items like cards, wrapping paper, balloons. 5.
