The kitchen is the largest kitchen I've seen since living in Philly and is practically brand new with plenty of space for a full size dining room table. The second bedroom has served as an office/den space for us, but the previous tenant used it as a second bedroom with a twin size bed. Water is included, tenants pay electricity and gas. Close to ACME supermarket, abundant coffee shops and cafes, PhillyFoodWorks CSA pick-up at NoLibs Rec, and all the fun bars and restaurants in Fishtown/NoLibs (around the corner from our favorite restaurant, Bardot!). Equidistant between Spring Garden and Girard subway stops, about a 10 minute walk to either one. If you have a car, street parking is decent. This has been the best apartment we have ever lived in and we are devastated that we need to move due to a job offer in DC. The landlord is caring, punctual and respectful. The neighbors are quiet, considerate and working professionals. We are holding an open house on Saturday, March 12th from noon - 3 pm.
