Take over my lease at Crosswinds - great place but we are having another baby and need a house! Lease will last at this low rate until February - after that you will have opportunity to renew at higher rate. My security deposit will stay with Crosswinds and you will get that when you move out as long as no damages. Pets are permitted with fee/deposit. I did not have pets so you will have to pay that. Application fee is $60 / Admin Fee $200. Trash is only $15/month. Water-Sewer billed monthly by Crosswinds depending on usage - usually runs $35/month. You are responsible for power through Duke Energy.
