For rent is a nicely maintained single family home with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a basement for storage, and an attic for storage as well. Parking will allow for 2-4 cars. Lawn care and water are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for snow removal in the driveway and sidewalks. No pets and no smoking! The lease agreement is very detailed and I expect it to be followed. You treat the property well, and I treat you well. I will not show the property or respond to emails without a full rental application. If you are in college, I require a 1-year lease for the property at the agreed price. If you are not in college, I will do a month-to-month lease agreement.
