I have a 2 bedroom/1 bath that is located about 1.5 blocks from NDSU. It has a large living room and a 1 stall garage plus some extra room. You are responsible for the heat and electricity and I am responsible for the sewer/water/garbage. There is also laundry in your apartment and also extra off-street parking. There is no smoking, carpet was replaced and painting done throughout the whole apartment 1.5 years ago, and pets are limited and extra. One month deposit is required.
