Water and lawn care are included in the rent. Renter will be responsible for the monthly utility bill. Renter is required to set up a garbage pick-up account with the City of Lincoln and must provide a copy of renter's insurance to the landlord. Renter can set up an account with Coosa Valley Technologies or internet provider of their choice for internet service if desired. The mobile home has a new HVAC system and also has a gas log unit in the den. If renter desires to use the gas logs (optional) he/she can set up an account for propane delivery with Coosa Valley Propane. The lease duration is 6 months, renewable if both parties are satisfied with the arrangements.
