It is a house built in 1940 it is very well kept and one block from the university clean, cozy, charming, 2br, 790 sq. ft. cafe styled downstairs, private entrance rental. Approximately one block from the north side of UW and 4 minutes from downtown Laramie 7 min from a movie theatre & more dining. Small Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu accounts. This has been an Airbnb Vrbo rental for four years. Floorplan The apartment includes two bedrooms - one with a full bed and the other with a king-sized bed. Open floor plan- the dining and living area are combined and open to the kitchen. This apartment has a bit of an Industrial feel with contemporary accents and a cozy feel. A small hallway has a bedroom at either end and a bathroom in the middle. Plenty of light from windows, front faces south. Renter Access The entire basement and part of the side yard. We will have a build in progress in the back yard and a bit of the side, however, there is quite a bit of space open on the side. Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. We have parking spaces in the front for up to two cars. Things to Note Dishwashing is by hand and the bathroom has a shower unit that does not include a bathtub. The kitchen is a complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, mixer, dishes etc. included for your use. Electric heating unit is available to supplement heat if desired. The living room HEATING UNIT becomes HOT when in use. We have a well-behaved Aussie Doodle upstairs. Please keep in mind that dogs do bark at times. Other Things to Note We are looking for a renter who will benefit from a fully furnished apartment and will not bring extra indoor or outdoor furniture, someone who keeps things clean and simple. The current Airbnb decorations will be removed before renting. We are leaving the pictures on the walls. We will ask that nothing be left outside. Stays cool in summer months with curtains pulled during the day, however, it gets a little less cool on the much warmer summer days. Keeping the windows open with an intake fan at night keeps this to a minimum. Cleanliness Tenants agree to perform routine cleaning throughout the rented premises on a regular basis. Routine cleaning includes, but is not limited to vacuuming any carpeting, sweeping and washing floors, cleaning the shower, toilet and sink in bathroom. Dusting, washing dishes, discarding and removing trash and cleaning the interior and exterior of all appliances and fixtures. $1,350 Total $1,200 rent plus $150 utility Must provide proof of income Three strong references required from past landlords or jobs etc. Renters insurance required.
