You do the math!    2BR Rambler with a basement AND a 2BD mobile home that's currently rented at $600 a month.   The house boasts a jacuzzi tub on the main floor and a shower downstairs.  A wood stove in the basement lets us wake up to warm floors although there is also gas heat for your convenience. The yard has a privacy fence and a newer wood deck around more than half the house.
