I'm looking for one female or one couple (No more than two people allowed). One cat ok. Good credit (at least 650+). Income verification, rental history, and personal references will be checked. At least $60,000/year to qualify. All utilities will be prorated and paid separately. Parking is allowed only off-street - not in the driveway. All questions or tour requests are by email only. Keep in mind that a family lives upstairs; hearing steps, voices, noise, etc, is inevitable since this is not a soundproof basement. No smoking allowed. Tenant needs to obtain renters insurance.
