We bought this condo because it [removed] the best view we could find. We then replaced just about everything in the unit to make it the best it could be. We are a vacation rental company and this unit is a very successful one. From there, once we know the dates you want, we can provide you with the rates. There, you will also see many more photos and details about this property as well as the others we own or represent. We are a vacation rental that does offer longer term rentals when we have the availability. During the winter, our monthly rates are much lower but since we had to list a price, we had to average it.
