Well, this one needs a lot of work. AND it still has LOTS of "stuff" in it, but should be empty by August 10 or so. It seems like a solid house, but needs everything cosmetic. And some roof work. However, it seems to be a great home, in a really quiet location at the end of a dead end street. AND close to the Fox! Walkout ranch with 3-4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 car garage, shed! Investors/rehabbers, this one is for you! Sold AS IS. Again, we think it's solid, but enter at your risk. Feral cats are in and out of the house. The house smells horrible. MASKS SUGGESTED!
