I have two private rooms available 1350 for both rooms + bills. 1350 deposit with a 250$ non refundable fee when moving out. I am looking for a flexible 3/6 or 12 month lease contract. I want to rent both rooms together. I have renters downstairs, they have a separate entrance. This would be a shared space with me when I am home. We would have a shared space including the living room, bathroom and kitchen. I will not be home on a daily basis therefore you would have the space to yourself majority of the time.
