Pool, tennis and pickle board courts on site. King bed in master, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom. IMPORTANT TO NOTE The building is having work done at this time. As a result, there may be construction noise from Monday to Friday, from 830 am to about 4 pm. If you work normal business hours, you will be out of the unit and not bothered by the noise. If you are at home, the noise will likely bother you. We have reduced the rent on this oceanfront unit to reflect the inconvenience of the work being done on the building. First and last month's rent plus security is required to move in - $200 application fee is required by the condo association.
