I WILL NOT DO WESTERN UNION. YOU NEED TO HAVE A JOB. WE WILL DO A CREDIT REPORT, POLICE REPORT AND ALSO VERIFY EMPLOYMENT. DO NOT HAVE EVICTION. There are times when we have accepted poor credit with increased deposit. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROPERTY PLEASE SEND ME A EMAIL AND I WILL CALL YOU BACK . YOU SHOULD MAKE $3200 PER MONTH This is a one year lease. I pay for the clubhouse dues that will have them cut the front and back of the property.
