Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm. - Two assigned parking spaces included. - No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed in the property. - Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on the patio, porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited. - Tenants cannot turn off WiFi or exterior cameras. - Landlord or landlord representative has the right to enter the property with 24 hr notice per California Law. - Anyone 18+ staying 5 or more consecutive nights must be disclosed. - Locksmith costs, batteries and light bulbs replacements are the responsibility of the tenant. - Subleasing is strictly prohibited. - Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for additional fee.
