It's an older home but I'm in the process of updating everything over time. New stainless appliances on order. Nice garage and a nice yard for dogs. I have a single room for rent in this home. Not far from the UNC campus and right off the US-34 business route. Very nice neighbors as well. Good room for a first time renter or some one trying to get back on their feet. All applicants must pass a background check and a credit check. I'm not looking for perfect credit but at least can't have any evictions or or 90 day missed payments. Currently I do not have a washer and dryer in the home but there is a laundromat within walking distance. I will cover all utility costs,includes: water, gas, sewage, trash, internet, and electricity.
