This beautifully appointed studio will not only be a comfortable place to call home, it also is located near restaurants, micro-breweries, coffee shops, historic Old Town, bus and Rail Runner stations, bike and scooter rentals, and much more! The parking area is secured by a ring camera that is motion activated and is in a private drive well off of the road. It gives direct access to the unit through a keypad secured, steel gate into the private patio with six foot fence all around. Oh, and it is within a mile or two of four major hospitals! The kitchenette currently includes a refrigerator, convection toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. If there is anything else you need to make your stay more comfortable, we are more than happy to accommodate you if we can! The bathroom has a full-sized bath/shower combination. Furnishings include a comfortable queen sized bed, a lounging chair with attached tray for eating or working on your laptop, a large TV and cabinet and a bench at the end of the bed. There is a large closet with storage to accommodate all of your clothes and belongings. The town home owner is willing to do the tenant's laundry at a minimal charge or there is a nice little coin-operated laundromat about a mile away. Come experience Albuquerque in a way that even locals would envy!! This property is rentable for a minimum of one month with the ability to lease it for much longer if needed.
