The apartment complex is called Villas of La Costa, and more information on it can be found on their <br><br>The apartment complex is one of the quietest and most peaceful apartment complexes that Ive ever lived in, and is completely gated throughout. We even have a police officer living in the complex, so security is guaranteed :) Management puts in effort to do background checks on everyone who wants to lease their units, so safety is a huge priority for them. I myself can vouch for this.<br><br>In terms of convenience, Villas of La Costa is located in a premier area surrounded by many restaurants, shopping areas, and facilities. There is a free UT shuttle service that takes you from the bus stop located just outside the apartment complex to the university in 10-15 minutes. <br><br>Parking is free on the lots, and rent is considered relatively cheap for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit. This is probably one of the best sublet deals the management staff can offer, and they are very efficient in processing people interested in subleasing.
