    1016 Catfish Creek Rd (((Rare))). If you’ve been looking for that special location to build your home I think your going to (((LOVE)))this spot. Here is the low down….80x125 Zoned R1A (which is for a home or a modular) no mobile homes, living out of an RV, campsites, ect… There is deeded lake access to Lake June Park for $25 per year (Water pictures are of the park) just down the road. The land has a really nice gentle slope down to the paved road and sits up higher so likely will not need a lot of fill dirt to prepare for a house pad. Super cool BONUS’s: State owned, and fenced nature park across the street so you will keep your privacy in the front. The neighbor to the right owns two lots and there is a nice buffer of trees for extra privacy. Survey on file ($400-$500 savings for you) you can connect to Placid Lakes Water (most neighborhoods in our area you have to dig a well then put on a water treatment system). The property was cleared in 2007 so its still nicely walkable. Power runs right overhead which is another potential savings of $1,000’s of dollars. Very nice draining soil and not in a flood zone. I really can’t find anything about this land that is bad. There are many local restaurants, public boat ramps, and Placid Lakes Golf Course is minutes away.
