The street is a one way street and you can walk to a CVS in about 3 blocks, and Donut shop in about 3 blocks, a convenient/gas station in about 4 blocks and a diner in about 2 blocks. There are 2 rental properties with 2 units each and 5 single family homes on the block, and one lot is empty. For insurance purposes there is a fire hydrant at the end of the street and a fire house within 2 miles. There are sidewalks on both both sides of the street and I have never had a single complaint from any one in the neighborhoood and have never seen a police car stopped for any reason in the neighborhood either.
