Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but pool and community area access is limited to 2 guests at a time. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
