Rental History
* No evictions within the past seven (7) years.
* No outstanding rental debt or landlord collections.
* Positive rental references are required.
* At least 12 months of verifiable rental or homeownership history is preferred.

Applicants must demonstrate stable employment or another reliable, verifiable source of income.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: Six (6) persons.
Criminal History

Pets
