After the lease, rent is month to month at an increased rate. Strictly no smoking on the premises of the complex. Also no smoking in the condo. Pool and spa do not allow loud music, glass or parties; limited to residences and reasonable guests. Pool and spa close at 10pm. Dogs and cats are allowed. Any other animal is on a case by case basis. The unit is on the third floor of the complex without an elevator - not fully ADA compliant. All keys, key FOBs and codes shall be returned or changed if the tenant chooses not to renew their lease. $100 fee applies to missing key FOBs; $30 fee applies to missing keys. Late rent add $20 late fee for every day past the due date. Please talk and work with the landlord if a potential issues arises to avoid late fees. Email the landlord for any maintenance issues. They will be addressed within 24-48 hours. Tenant is responsible for organic trash, landfill trash and recyclables.
