Nestled in the serene Upper Tyner neighborhood of Incline Village, our cabin provides a tranquil retreat just a stone's throw away from the village, beaches, and resorts. Step inside to discover a modern, tastefully furnished interior designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area features a captivating rock wall fireplace, setting the stage for cozy evenings spent indulging in hot cocoa and unwinding with your favorite book. Our well-appointed kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals. For added convenience, a stacked washer/dryer is also at your disposal. Upstairs, the primary suite beckons with its luxurious amenities, including a deep soaking tub and ample natural light. The loft area offers additional entertainment options, featuring a smart TV, a diverse selection of movies, and a variety of board games and puzzles for family enjoyment. Downstairs, two guest rooms, each with access to the back deck provide spacious accommodations for up to four. An adjustable stand-up desk caters to those needing to catch up on work, while the abundance of natural light throughout the cabin creates a revitalizing atmosphere. Our cabin serves as the perfect gateway to a plethora of outdoor adventures. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a mere 10-minute drive away, while acclaimed ski destinations like Northstar are within a 25-minute drive. Scenic hiking trails boasting panoramic lake views are just a short 10-minute stroll from the cabin, and the lively Village, with its array of shops, restaurants, bars, and the Hyatt casino, is a convenient 7-minute drive away. Explore the breathtaking beaches of iconic Lake Tahoe, located just 14 minutes away. Pet lovers rejoice as our cabin warmly welcomes one well-behaved furry friend, with an additional fee per stay. Our neighborhood is perfect for leisurely strolls with your canine companion, and we provide a cozy dog bed, two bowls, and waste bags for your convenience. Please note that while pets are welcome, they must not be left unattended outside, as the property is not fenced. Families with young children will find our cabin to be a welcoming retreat, though we advise caution due to the presence of a steep, narrow staircase and loft area. Supervision is recommended at all times, and a Pack n' Play is available for infants (sheets not provided). For your convenience, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available, and the Tahoe bus system, TART, serves Incline Village and its surrounding areas. For your comfort and safety, please note that the home has a strict limit of 6 people (including babies/toddlers), as enforced by Washoe County. We have recently made a few safety upgrades: An additional fire extinguisher at the grill; an escape ladder upstairs; in the winter, heat mats on the stairs leading to the entrance. We will continue to look for new ways to enhance the safety of your stay! Property is fully furnished and available during the following time periods: - April 1- June 30, 2025 - September 1- November 30, 2025 Utilities including internet are included. Last months rent due at signing. No smoking in or around property. One pet maximum.
