We are open to moving our furnishings out or allowing renter to utilize the furniture throughout their stay. Interested parties must fill out a brief application prior to viewing the property. No credit check required however ability to provide proof of adequate income/employment is. No pets allowed. Property is currently being used for Airbnb so move in date is flexible. First and last months' rent required at signing. Deposit can be paid over first three months. Renter pays portion of utilities - garbage, sewer, electric, gas and water. Internet can be split. No cable. Sublease goes to August 2018. Possibility to re-up lease for another year.
