The house is located in a nice, and desired area of Sandusky. Very nice neighbors. The home is also 1 block from the Sandusky Primary School located on Ontario Street. There is a semi finished basement with a utility sink and laundry hookups. Electric dryer 4-prong plug. Stove is gas. Master bedroom upstairs has two large closets, the other two bedrooms each have one closet. Property has a single car garage with old style doors which work. No automatic garage door opener. Lease duration is one year. Utilities are Not included, Renters are to pay all utilities. No vouchers or Metro. Renters are responsible for all grass mowing, Landscaping upkeep, and snow removal. Property has off street parking. 1 Small/medium dog only allowed upon approval, and with $500 pet deposit. Sorry, no cats. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, pipes, cannabis, hemp, or vaping of any type inside of the house. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction. A detailed lease will be reviewed and gone over upon approval and signed by all parties. Any breaking of the lease will be grounds for termination and eviction , and will be pursued financially in civil court for the remaining balance of lease if the lease broken or terminated for violation. Minimum credit score, background check, work references, personal references, and previous rental references are required.
