The space About the home: Downstairs you'll find the perfect entertaining space with an open concept living room with 65" TV, dining room, and well stocked Chef's kitchen with fridge w/ice maker, electric stove and oven, blender, toaster, hand mixer. Our guests also enjoy our coffee and bar station where you'll find all the tools you'll need for your morning cup of Joe or your evening cocktail. Play mixologist and practice your skills with our complete bartender drink mixing set. Alcohol not provided. Upstairs: Master retreat with en-suite bathroom with stand up shower big enough for two and a private oversized balcony. There is a dresser for your use and a 55 inch flatscreen TV. Master has two queens and a futon bed available. Queens are moderate firm and soft and are covered in luxurious white linens with hypoallergenic down alternative comforters. (Sleeps 4-5) Bedroom 2: This room has a memory foam king sized bed and comfortably sleeps 2-3. Enjoy luxurious bed linens and hyperallergenic down alternative comforter with extra pillows for comfort. There is also a chest of drawers for your use. Bedroom 3: This room is perfect for the kids or singles in your group. There are 3 twin beds in this room. All beds are covered in luxurious white linens with hypoallergenic down alternative comforters, and comfortable pillows. There is a walk-in closet (behind one bed) and baskets for your use. (Sleeps 3) We also have a queen air mattress available for your use. Hot Tub: Swimsuits only in the hot tub. Please do not wear your street clothing as it contains an excessive amount of laundry detergent residue and will cause foam in the hot tub. Parking There is parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles. Additional street parking is available. No smoking inside the home. No drugs. No pets. Feel free to ask any questions before booking!
