One of the best neighborhoods in Oviedo! Very close knit. My mother lived in the house for 22 years but she had to move in with me but we love the neighbors and they took good care of my mom. Close to everything, Publix is just down the street, in the Alafaya Square shopping Center. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and a video gaming place to play video games. Located just down the road from UCF. I will only take Medical students because they have to study all the time or students in a Graduate program, in other words no partiers. This is a family neighborhood. It is very safe. Oviedo has A+ schools. Only 1 hour from New Smyrna Beach, so check it out! Renter is responsible for all utilities.
