8/11/24 Scam Alert! I just learned that someone else is posing as the owner of my property, and is trying to collect bogus application fees. Please do NOT pay anything to anyone until you have met with me or my representative and seen the inside of the house. Repeat, do not engage with anyone other than myself. This attractive studio cottage is accessible from the alley behind W. Morgan St. (A "studio" means it's all one big room, except for the bathroom which has its own door.) It is located behind the main house that corresponds to the address of 1017 W. Morgan (the cottage is 1017-B W. Morgan). All flooring is wood laminate, except for tile bathroom. The front yard is fenced in with a 6' wood privacy fence. Large storage shed in small back yard. Rent is $950/mo, and the refundable security deposit is $1,200, plus any additional amounts per pet. There are connections for your stackable washer/dryer, or you can rent ours for $50/mo. You can bring your own fridge, or rent ours for $50/mo. The water heater and A/C are electric, and the range/oven is gas. Small pets are OK as long as they are not aggressive or destructive (sorry, my insurance company won't allow "hostile breeds," such as Pits and a handful of others). Renter pays for utilities. Minimum lease is for 1 year, and long-term renters are welcome. Application fee is $50 per adult. Household income should be at least 3x rent (minimum $2,850/mo). There is room for two vehicles in the gravel driveway.
