This Rental location features furnished living room and a unfurnished bedroom on the 2nd Floor. The furnished living room is yours to use as you please. The 3rd Floor belongs to myself and I like to keep mostly to myself. Parking is 1 space at the front of the Townhome and a bunch of parking spaces where you must have a tag inside and visible. I can only support 2 vehicles total as per the HOA tags. As for the Unfurnished Bedroom it features 2 closets and is quite spacious. We'll be covering all utilities you won't have to cover anything except the rent that I ask for. Parking is a first come first serve basis with 1 reserved spot per household. You will be given 1 parking pass.
