This house needs some repairs but she got good bones I've lived here 35 years I hate to say goodbye. The times change there's a lot of stuff here the late got put in about 11 years ago used to be a neighborhood back there this is district 3 County has an Ormond Beach address you pay Holly Hill water go figure there's no HOA and you can do pretty much what you want to do when you want to do it good neighbors I don't know what else to say to you you want to call me message me.
