    Scenic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in quiet neighborhood on a hill between Northshore and Hill City. The home is within walking distance to Publix (10min) and Walnut St. Bridge (20min). The hilltop lot allows you to enjoy the beautiful Chattanooga sunsets from the front porch, or catch the early sunrises from the back deck. The house was built in 2005 and recently renovated, including an updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, butcher block island, hardwood flooring throughout, and laundry included in-unit. All bedrooms are upstairs. A half bathroom is on the first floor. The master bedroom is large (15x13), has a private balcony overlooking Stringers Ridge and Hill City, a large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks in the master bathroom, a bathtub with jets, and a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are smaller (11x12), have large windows that overlook Northshore, and have decent-sized closets, and share a full bathroom on the second floor. There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. The driveway is steep but you get used to it very quickly (we have parked a subcompact car there and a minivan regularly without any issues). Our favorite aspects of the home are the location and mountain views from every bedroom. When we lived here we walked most mornings to Coolidge Park and the bridges, and the bicycle commute into downtown is a breeze (though a pain riding back up the hill!). The backyard is decent sized and is great for summer time barbeques and letting children play. Zoned for Normal Park Schools. We require a 12 month lease but can be flexible with lease length. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and internet. We are interested in tenants with: Good credit history; Good references from previous landlords; No violent criminal activities on their records; Income at least three times the rent; One-month security deposit ; Non-smokers only.
