Installation of new laminate grey flooring in living room and hallway as well as new carpet in both bedrooms. Back yard as been upgraded to river rock and beauty bark. Grounds are maintained on a regular basis. Small pets will be considered with a deposit. Absolutely a non smoking property and this includes cannabis. Unfortunently not in good shape to see in person at this time, drive by and see if you like the neighborhood. There is a credit check that is paid by the prospective tenant. Would be month to month to see if its a good fit for all of us. Then would consider a longer tenancy if requested.
