Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a one-time, $300 non-refundable pet deposit required to be paid with the deposit. COVID-19: Due to the current pandemic conditions, virtual tours of the home are available and encouraged starting July 1st. In person showings can also be accommodated for serious prospective tenants starting July 1st. In person showings are limited to no more than 2 persons at a time. All members are required to wear masks and maintain social distancing recommendations per CDC guidance for in person showings. Applications, lease review/signing, and all deposits/rent will be completed and collected online.
