Private suite with one bedroom, one bathroom with shower/ bathtub, one living room. The suite is attached to our home. With its own private entrance and no access to or from the main part of the house. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and prep area but no actual kitchen for cooking. Access to the suite is through our garage with parking in the driveway. We are located in a safe suburban neighborhood. Since this is a unique situation in that it's a private suite in our home using the same air system, we must find compatible renters. No smoking, pets up to 15 pounds allowed, max number of pets , one, utilities and Wi-Fi are included but if stronger Wi-Fi is required. It will be the tenants responsibility to upgrade. Lease will be renewed monthly to ensure compatibility. Suite can be furnished or non-furnished. First months rent, and last months rent required at signing of lease. Only one person can occupy property.
