It has 1 full bath upstairs and and a half bath downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs. I lock off the master bedroom which has it's own entrance from the backyard incase I needed to come back in an emergency with my grandchildren who live nearby. I have to leave a car in the garage but you would be able to use one space in the garage. It is also listed on the air bed and breakfast site so you know it is legit. Looking for someone to take good care of it since it is very special to me. I pay for all the bills with a limit on the Electric bill. Water, trash, cable and internet included. You must carry your own renters insurance to help cover you in water, storm or fire loss. Must show proof. I can offer a 1 year lease but happy to offer shorter ones also if you are looking for a home to buy or waiting until it is built.
