This home used to belong to my wife's parents (IU tenured professors) and has a long history with IU residents. This home would be ideal for either long-term stays, upper-class undergraduates, or graduate school students. In regard to the specs of the house, the home has three bedrooms (all upstairs), two and a half bathrooms, entirely remodeled kitchen (summer 2016), separate laundry area, refinished hardwood floors in both living room and dining room, and all bedrooms. In regard to the outside, there is a large front yard, backyard with a patio, and a one car garage with a large driveway (can fit three more cars). During the winter and fall months, we will take care of the landscaping upkeep as well as snow removal responsibilities.
