The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features a large bathroom. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The kitchen is large, open, and bright with lots of windows and natural light. A washer and dryer are included for long-term stay guests. This home is located in a nice and safe neighborhood, not too far from downtown Atlanta and Atlanta International Airport. Check-in is at 4 pm, unless you've prearranged an early check-in. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, and any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge. Loud noises, parties, or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are not allowed. No pets are allowed unless you are given prior authorization. If a house rule is violated during your stay, the reservation may be canceled immediately, with immediate removal of all guests and no refund issued as a result. The other living room space is converted to a working space for those who like to work in style. Guests will be provided with mini shampoo, mini body wash, mini soap, dish washing liquid soap, trash bag, dish sponge, paper towel and toilet paper for first use. Guests are responsible for purchasing needs for duration of their stay. Extra bedding sheets for air mattress and bath towels are provided for party of 8 guests or more and/or available upon prior request at booking. The kitchen is equipped with some of the basic kitchenware to make some simple meals. Long term stay guests please feel free to bring extra cookware to make it their own. There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee covers cleaning that occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. The outside front and back around the house are equipped with cameras that are actively on 24/7 for added security.
