Furnished private room available in large and new house (only 3 years old). Access to private & spacious bathroom. Large closet with built in shelves. House is in a quiet part of town, off of old Hill Road, close to both the foothills and the greenbelt and VERY close to trails. You have access to a large garden with veggies, herbs & flowers, hot tub, sauna, outside day bed, and 2 fire pits. It's a cool place! Room is on the second floor. Furnishings include bed, bedding, dresser and blackout curtains for room. Unfortunately, no pets as I have 3-live in bunnies (who are potty trained). Only 6-9 month contracts. No couples - sorry! This is a 3-bedroom house of which I occupy one. Likely best for someone studying or living a relatively quiet-paced life. I do require a deposit and a background check. Only 6-9 month lease options. I'm also open to monthly.
