One room in a house, with "potentially" shared bathroom. There is a very private upstairs only master and bath with balcony costs more. But downstairs master with private bath is currently taken , but may be leased in the future. There are multiple refrigerators in order to prevent confusion of whose food is whose :). Pets will be decided upon roommates agreement. No aggressive breeds, must be good with small children and other animals. Utilities are paid in proportion to occupancy.
