No pets and no smokers. Lease is 6 months then converts to month to month. There will be no rate increase for at least the first 12 months. Non-Refundable Security Deposit is 50% to secure the room. After moving in the 50% applies to the refundable Security Deposit and remaining 50% to be paid with the following 4 months rent.
