(And we once knew two beautiful but depressed and lonely Maine Coons who caused $5000 worth. How? Tore down a wall twice.) If you're interested, check it out on the maps, make an application through Zillow (conflicting info from Zillow as to whether there's a charge, but you can use it for all the properties that attract you), then come see this rare and gracious home. Leases are usually one year. New leases are generally offered two months in advance, and acceptance, if desired, should be made within the next month (so we can begin to list the unit). Under no conditions will a lease revert to a month-to-month rental. No smoking. A maximum of two cats, preferably indoors for their own safety, may be permitted; no other pets. The renter is responsible for all costs of repairing damage. Keep your entrance clear of impediments and debris.
