Short-Term/Vacation Rentals- Pricing is based on a 2 night minimum during the off season, a 3-4 night minimum on holiday/peak weekends and full week/7night rentals during peak season with a max occupancy of 17 guests. Mid-Term/Long Term Rentals- These are only available during the off season and pricing is based on a 2 month minimum with an 8 guest occupancy for $6000/month utilities included. For each additional guest there is an additional $250/month rent increase with a maximum capacity of 17 guests. Off Season Discounted Rates- During the off season pricing is discounted 20% for 1 week stays, 30% for 2 week stays, 40% for 3 week stays and 50% for 4 week stays.
