The setup is ideal for traveling nurses, remote workers, and other professionals looking for a quiet place near the ocean with easy access to Atlantic City. The monthly rate includes utilities and is based on a maximum occupancy of six. This is not a party house and meant for a mature group or family. Please inquire about the possibility of additional guests or bringing a dog at a higher rate. A minimum stay of two months is required, with a maximum of seven months depending on availability. Please note: this is a midterm rental only and will not be available beyond early spring due to the return of the short-term rental season. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains, blinds, a sleep machine, charging ports, mood lighting, a ceiling fan, a personal workspace, and a 43 Fire TV. Five of the six rooms have queen beds. For the midterm season, bedrooms will be adjusted by removing extra beds and furniture to provide more space and functionality for a mid-term stay. All exterior entrances are equipped with security cameras for peace of mind. Renters are required to obtain renters' insurance and provide a $330 non-refundable cleaning fee, a $3,300 refundable security deposit, and undergo a background and credit check (to be paid by the applicant). References are required, and applicants with prior evictions will not be considered. Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and starter toiletries are included. Tenants are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
