Renters are required to obtain renters' insurance and provide a $330 non-refundable cleaning fee, a $3,300 refundable security deposit, and undergo a background and credit check (to be paid by the applicant). References are required, and applicants with prior evictions will not be considered. Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and starter toiletries are included.
