You can't duplicate this experience anywhere else! - It's both a 5 minute walk to the town square and on 30 untouched acres of hill country land. - You'll sip on coffee, tea or wine as you watch deer, birds and other wildlife on your private patio. - This place is only a couple of years old, and was once 2 shipping containers! I live on the property as well, and it has one other private guesthouse located several hundred yards away. This is a non-smoking property. All bills are paid including water, trash, electricity, wifi, lawn maintenance, and once per month cleaning service. 1 cat and/or 1 small dog are allowed with additional deposit and rent required. Note, the area is not fenced and dog must be on leash outside of home because of chickens and outside cats. A minimum 6 month lease period is required, but will also agree to a 1 year period.
