This is a great house. We are right across the street from an Elementary school, which also means you'll be one of the first to get power back on if a severe storm were to hit. We have made a lot of updates to this home. There is a new smart refrigerator, a new stove, a new dishwasher and a new garbage disposal in the kitchen, all of the walls have been painted to a soothing grey with white trim on all doors, entry ways and crown molding, the carpet on the stairs has been replaced, installed a new toilet in the half bath downstairs, new modern light fixture and smoke detector in the foyer, updated ceiling fans in the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms, new cabinets under sinks in both upstairs bathrooms, installed sod in backyard, replaced backyard fence door and replaced the air conditioner control panel.
