There is a metal shed for storage.The front yard is landscaped professionally. References from last 2 places that you have rented. 1 year lease after that we can renew every six months. Rent is due on the first of the month and you can have till the 5th of the month. If you are very later than the 5th it will be $10 a day for every day that you are late.
