There is a doorbell camera for your security. Listing for one renter, $350.00 per month for second person. Maximum of 2 renters. No pet or animals of any kind. We charge $250 for a one time cleaning fee and the application process required. No pets and No smoking. We don't do showings or tours. Seasonal rentals only.
